PET and CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Our small animal practice is currently seeking an experienced client services rep who desires to work in the challenging and gratifying pet care environment.  As a Client Services Rep at NOAH, you will:

  • Extend the highest level of tailored service to clients when they visit or call the hospital
  • Insure a smooth flow of visiting clients through scheduling, check-in and check-out procedures
  • Educate clients about hospital products and medical services
  • Have additional responsibilities that contribute to the daily operation of our hospital
  • Act as the liaison between the Medical Services team and the client

To be qualified for this position you must have:

  • a genuine love for pets, an ease in interacting with animals and their owners, and an understanding of the value of veterinary care
  • a minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist role, including interacting face-to-face with clients, operating a multi-line phone system, working with client management software, e-mail, faxing, financial transactions, correspondence, etc.
  • a professional, polished appearance
  • a well organized and detail-oriented personality
  • excellent verbal and communication skills
  • an aptitude to learn and articulate medical terminology
  • the capability to manage several responsibilities and projects at once
  • a high level of commitment
  • veterinary hospital or IntraVet software experience (helpful)

Candidates with previous experience in the veterinary field will have an advantage.
