Our small animal practice is currently seeking an experienced client services rep who desires to work in the challenging and gratifying pet care environment. As a Client Services Rep at NOAH, you will:
Extend the highest level of tailored service to clients when they visit or call the hospital
Insure a smooth flow of visiting clients through scheduling, check-in and check-out procedures
Educate clients about hospital products and medical services
Have additional responsibilities that contribute to the daily operation of our hospital
Act as the liaison between the Medical Services team and the client

To be qualified for this position you must have:
a genuine love for pets, an ease in interacting with animals and their owners, and an understanding of the value of veterinary care
a minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist role, including interacting face-to-face with clients, operating a multi-line phone system, working with client management software, e-mail, faxing, financial transactions, correspondence, etc.
a professional, polished appearance
a well organized and detail-oriented personality
excellent verbal and communication skills
an aptitude to learn and articulate medical terminology
the capability to manage several responsibilities and projects at once
a high level of commitment
veterinary hospital or IntraVet software experience (helpful)
Candidates with previous experience in the veterinary field will have an advantage.
